Our history (Because it's important to know who you can trust with your business)
ABS is headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with a service area that includes all of North and South Carolina. Three decades ago,
owner Charles Guest formed two businesses dedicated to janitorial and security services. Taking his businesses to a national level, he has expertise servicing
contracts of all sizes. In 2003, after selling his businesses, he started American Building Services to offer all of the advantages of a large-scale provider with
the superior, personalized service that only a local company can offer.

The ABS Management Team
Charles Guest is the President and Owner of American Building Services. He has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of the janitorial service area.
As a hands-on, accessible owner, he consults regularly with facilities managers on building needs and is available to help clients if an urgent janitorial or security issue arises.
