Management
Thru site inspections, email loggings and personal visits with
the facility manager a company profile is developed and discussed
regularly with the supervisor for that building. At these meetings
problem areas are discussed and solutions are put in place to
correct them immediately. We utilize a quality control person,
as well, whose only responsibilities are to maintain ABS's contracted
properties as problem free as possible. Our goal is to discover
and correct any potential problems before they become a problem
for the facility.
Owner
Charles Guest is the President of American Building Services .
He has over 30 years of experience in the janitorial service area.
He is experienced in all aspects of the cleaning business and
consults with facilities managers on their building's needs on
a regular basis. As a "hands on" owner he is available
to service his clients on a regular basis if a problem arises.
Vice President
Margo Helms is American Building Service's Vice President in charge
of the Quality Control Division. She has over 12 years of experience
in the commercial cleaning service area with extensive experience
in the facilities management aspect of cleaning. With the help
of able supervisors she is always working to discover and correct
any potential problems before they become a problem for the facility.
Operations Manager
Marta Quinonez is American Building Service's operation manager.
She sees that quality control issues are corrected and works directly
with the cleaners to assure top notch training and supplies are
provided to all our buildings and personnel. She has extensive
experience in all aspects of commercial cleaning with special
emphasis on floor and carpet care.
Security Manager
Bill Cable directs American Building Security. He has 25+ years
of experience in the police and security areas and often has served
as a consultant for building personnel evaluating their security
options. There are not many aspects of the security business that
Bill is not personally familiar with and he is personally involved
in all aspects of providing the best service possible for our
clientele.
Office Staff
American Building Service office is staffed 8am-5pm with qualified
individuals who are equipped to handle any situation that may
arise. They all have the computer knowledge that is necessary
in today's environment and we encourage our clients to email us
with any special requests or concerns for our immediate attention.
We have a full service answering company operating at all other
times when the staff is absent.
